Envisage Construction - do not recommend; Seemingly still in business
A person claiming to be a creditor of Envisage construction ("Party1") contacted me late in 2017 (Late Nov), apparently after reading my breif review of Envisage Construction
Party1 told me that Envisage's website was offline, emails to them were bouncing back, and Director Jeff Henderson's phone number had a different name on the answerphone.
Party1 asked if I had any additional contact details for Envisage Construction (EC), or Jeff Henderson.
Envisage was apparently overdue in some amount to Party1 and I told them that Envisage was still in business to the best of my knowledge because:
- They were still listed as 'Registered' on the companies website (not in liquidation, or in receivership).
- There is still a van with company signwriting which comes and goes from an address I know (Nov 2017)
- A (different) (purported) creditor 'Party2' earlier told me they had successfully served summary judgement papers to retreive an overdue amount in seemingly similar circumstances.
Purported creditor 'Party2' told me in October 2017 that they were having trouble getting a response from Envisage construction director Jeff Henderson.
Party2 sought address information on Jeff Henderson, which I gave them.
Party2 later told me that they had successfully served summary judgement papers on EC director Jeff Henderson.
